Premium AV Integration for the Modern Workplace
We design, program, and install audiovisual systems that transform how teams collaborate: rooms and the AV networks, LED walls, and custom Q-SYS integrations behind them. Technology experiences that just work.
End-to-End AV Solutions
From initial consultation to ongoing support, we deliver integrated audiovisual solutions that elevate every space: rooms, networks, LED walls, lighting, and the custom Q-SYS code that ties them together. Bay Area installation with worldwide design and programming services.
Conference Room Design
Custom-designed meeting spaces optimized for collaboration, from intimate huddle rooms to executive boardrooms. Every room engineered for flawless audio, video, and control.
Q-SYS Programming & Custom Plugins
Expert Q-SYS design and programming. When a device has no native driver, we write the plugin. Digital-signage fleets, LED-wall processors, operations and control platforms, network switches: integrated, versioned, and supported by us.
Zoom & Teams Rooms
Certified Zoom Rooms and native Microsoft Teams Rooms design and deployment. One-touch join, intelligent camera framing, and crystal-clear audio, every time.
AV Network Engineering
Most “the audio dropped out” and “the call froze” tickets are network problems wearing an AV costume. We design, configure, and commission the network your AV runs on (NETGEAR M4250 / QSC NS switches, multicast and IGMP querier design, PTP timing, isolated islands, and a device-naming standard), so the rooms stay stable after we leave, not just on handover day.
LED Video Walls & Digital Signage
Direct-view LED walls engineered end to end, media server to switcher to wall (Barco, Resolume, NVIDIA Mosaic), with the EDID and signal discipline that keeps them stable, plus Samsung and Novastar processors and managed digital-signage fleets. The result is a wall that comes up the same way every morning instead of tearing, flickering, or losing a tile after a reboot.
Event Spaces
Immersive AV solutions for event venues, presentation halls, and multipurpose spaces. Scalable systems that adapt from daily meetings to large-format presentations.
Stage & Architectural Lighting
DMX512/RDM lighting for all-hands stages, operations centers, and lobbies, integrated into Q-SYS control (CueCore3) so one touch panel runs the room.

Enterprise AV Network Rebuild
Multiple isolated Layer-2 AV islands across a campus-scale NETGEAR M4250 fleet, with IGMP querier design and a full device-naming standard applied, cut over island by island across staged maintenance windows on a live production campus, each with a documented rollback, and no unplanned user-facing downtime.
Fleet monitoring, built on our own platform
Every system we commission can optionally be monitored by AV Tools, the platform we built and run ourselves. We see problems before your users do, and we fix most of them remotely. Around-the-clock remote coverage is available under a managed-support agreement.
Know before your users do
Offline devices, failed links, and drifting firmware surface as alerts to us, not as a support ticket from your all-hands.
One view of every room
Every site, room, and device in a single dashboard, whichever vendors are in the rack, so status is a glance, not a walk-through.
Fixed remotely, first
Most faults are resolved without a site visit. When hands are needed, our engineer already knows which room and which device.
Kept current
Software and firmware on your AV systems stay at tested versions across the fleet, on a schedule you approve.
Security and IT teams get the full architecture brief before anything is installed: how access works, what data is collected, and where it lives. Ask for it when you contact us. Every room we build works fully without monitoring.
Built on Expertise, Driven by Results
Digital Design Productions was founded in 2022 on over 15 years of hands-on audiovisual engineering: enterprise deployments, large-scale event production, and integrated control systems, all brought together under one roof. We bring that depth of knowledge to every project, whether it's a single huddle room or a campus-wide rollout.
Our track record includes 1,500+ conference rooms designed and deployed, 100+ event spaces engineered, client offices designed and launched in 8 countries, with office programs currently in flight in the Bay Area and internationally, large-format direct-view LED video walls, AV network engineering (NETGEAR M4250 / QSC NS), custom Q-SYS plugin development, thousands of digital signage deployments, and managed fleet monitoring that gives operations teams real-time visibility into their AV estate.

Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the questions we hear most often.
What services does Digital Design Productions offer?
We design, program, and install professional audiovisual systems: conference rooms, Zoom and Microsoft Teams Rooms, executive boardrooms, event spaces, LED video walls, and digital signage. We also engineer the AV network underneath them (NETGEAR M4250 / QSC NS), DMX stage and architectural lighting, and custom Q-SYS plugins for devices with no native driver. We handle the full lifecycle: discovery, design, equipment specification, Q-SYS programming, on-site installation, commissioning, and ongoing managed monitoring and remote support.
Where does DDP install AV systems?
On-site installation is San Francisco Bay Area only. AV system design and Q-SYS programming are delivered worldwide, fully remote. We have launched offices in 8 countries, with office programs currently in flight in the Bay Area and internationally, alongside a steady stream of smaller projects.
What is Q-SYS programming?
Q-SYS is QSC’s software-based audio, video, and control platform used in commercial AV. Q-SYS programming covers DSP signal flow, automatic camera switching, control logic for touch panels and room scheduling, and integration with conferencing platforms. We are QSC Q-SYS certified and program remotely for clients anywhere in the world.
What certifications does DDP hold?
QSC Q-SYS, Audinate Dante, Shure IntelliMix Room, Shure IntelliMix P300 & ANIUSB-MATRIX, Shure MXA920 Ceiling Array, Shure MXA310 Table Array, Shure DSP & Audio Networking, and more. Every project is led by certified engineers, and we do not hand work to junior staff.
How long has DDP been in business?
DDP was founded in 2022, but the team brings 15+ years of AV integration experience. We have engineered 1,500+ conference rooms, designed 100+ event spaces, and deployed thousands of digital signage endpoints.
Do you support Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms?
Yes. We deploy certified Zoom Rooms with one-touch join and hybrid-meeting hardware (Shure ceiling arrays, PTZ cameras, room controllers). For Microsoft Teams Rooms, we design native MTR deployments using certified hardware from the Microsoft Teams Devices Catalog.
Can DDP design AV systems remotely?
Yes. AV system design, equipment specifications, integration drawings, and Q-SYS programming are all offered worldwide on a remote basis. We work from a detailed discovery process: room dimensions, use cases, existing infrastructure, and stakeholder priorities feed directly into the design.
Do you supply the equipment, or just design and program?
Both. We are an AV hardware reseller and procure the equipment we specify (displays, LED walls, DSP and control hardware, microphones, cameras, room systems, and AV network switches) through our distributor relationships, so one proposal covers design, hardware, programming, and commissioning. If you prefer to buy hardware yourself or through an existing agreement, we design to it and program around it.
Can you integrate a device that has no Q-SYS driver?
Yes. We write and maintain custom Q-SYS plugins. Digital-signage fleet control, LED-wall processor telemetry, third-party platform event triggers, and network-switch topology collectors are all in production today. Plugins are versioned and supported like any other part of the system.
Do you design the AV network, or just the AV equipment?
Both. Networked audio and video fail at the switch layer far more often than at the endpoint. We design and commission the NETGEAR M4250 / QSC NS network (VLAN islands, IGMP querier placement, PTP, PoE budgets, and device naming), and hand over a documented, verifiable configuration.
Can you monitor our rooms after installation?
Yes. Our managed-support service runs on AV Tools, a fleet-monitoring platform we built and operate. We see offline devices, failed links, and firmware drift before your users do, fix most faults remotely, and keep your systems at tested versions. Your security and IT teams receive a full architecture brief before anything is installed. Contact us to discuss coverage for your sites.
What does support look like after the install?
Every system is handed over commissioned and documented, with training for your team and manufacturer coverage on supplied hardware. Sites that need continuous coverage can move onto our available managed-support agreements.
Do you do LED video walls and stage lighting?
Yes. We engineer direct-view LED walls end to end (processor, media server, switcher, EDID and signal discipline), and DMX/RDM stage and architectural lighting integrated into Q-SYS control, so one touch panel runs the whole room.
How is a project priced?
Every system is quoted per room after a site survey, as a fixed-price proposal built from a room-by-room bill of materials with equipment and labor as separate line items. We don’t publish package pricing because room count, ceiling and wall construction, network readiness, and whether the space needs its own AV switch fabric change the number materially. Scope changes are quoted as written change orders before any work starts. Tell us the room type, approximate size, and what the space needs to do, and we’ll come back with a scoped proposal.
How do I request a quote?
